lol..Alibaba is Amazon, EBay and PayPal all rolled up in one...Their arrogance (just like Amazon is attempting their own content created shows like Netflix) will drive the decision to buy YOD or someone like them that occupies that space that has a foothold on being the Netflix of China. Instead of just building their own, I see them buying YOD and expanding on what they started - just like all major companies do. They have a ton of cash to spend from this IPO - the most in business history. After they buy YOD, Alibaba will then be the Amazon, EBay, PayPal and Netflix of China...Fully Diversified.
