With a 200 mil AS preferred conversions are limited.

We only know the figure of the new A/S, not the reverse split fraction. It will be significant IMO.

If you read the Nevada SOS you can see how the share structure was raised from 200M to 2B on Jan. 24th 2013. Now it is back to 200M after bilking the public for 1.8B+ in worthless shares.

Musical share structures. Melvin Pereira is not a new CEO either, he is an old company insider of OTHM and the ex assistant to Pat Hundley until this year when Hundley got arrested on fraud charges.

This all runs very deep and convoluted.
