Why not answer the defendants questions? Are they running out of time to respond?

Talk about birds of a feather, Jeffery Nemes and Rani Khoury, both have convictions in their past of similar wrong doings. The other defendants, and related plaintiffs, most likely have skeletons in their closets as well.

With there being no honor among thieves, my guess is this lawsuit will be dropped or dismissed by mutual consent.
