MJNA owned the Brand name and IP of Dixie but they were not the ones selling the products nor were they receiving revenues from the sales of Dixie's THC products, it was Dixie Elixirs (Tripp Keber). And yes, Tripp Keber got the rights to the brand and IP back in a settlement agreement with Dixie and MJNA, but it was a Dixie Elixirs product and not an MJNA product. I do agree it was a stupid name for a medicinal product. I guess Tripp didn't know the negative connotation of the term when he named the product, which is why it was renamed or discontinued. It was a brilliant move by MJNA to get the rights to the brand and IP of The Dixie products, stupid of them for losing it.
