That's old news. There is one thing that tells me beyond a shadow of a doubt that SGCP is not "over". Shares are trading so someone knows something and is getting ready. One day Ebola will be cured, the DTCC will be forced to resume their duties after the Fairhills case is resolved, and Doug will resume his duties as SGCP CEO. It will likely be a few more years but it WILL happen. And even if it doesn't we have a nice shell stock.
