Buk... you of all people should know this. Who cares what size they show today. Blocking??? It all comes down to the pricing and valuation given in the red herring. What if its priced over a dollar? do you think 100k shs on the sell side will hold this stock back. No shot! Its been quiet and smaller investors who are ignorant to the process get impatient and sell and smarter people like me maybe buy it cheaper and wait for things to unfold. personally i would rather see it where it is today and get a pop when the offering and uplist goes live rather than a swarm of over valued profit taking in masses. Worst thing is if this was $2 today. MY opinion is to either hold here or buy anything under a buck you can. Let this go live on the NY and cvsl tell us all what their doing with the proceeds of the offering and make new decisions then. Remember the 8 bill in the deal funnel.
