In all the years that I have invested in ERHE I have NEVER known Ntephe to commit so much funding without a partner. When we got Kenya everyone wondered how the govt of Kenya could allow a company with so little to get the block...I bet one reason Kenya gave erhc the block had to do with Kenya knowing about a brewing but unofficial partnership with CEPSA.

If Ntephe can so casually make a hundred million dollar claim to spend on a block...it is not because he is brazenly .nuts...it is because he has a BIG partner, which as usual requires dotted i's and crossed t's before any PR may be issued.

Just like in Kenya..the EEZ is brewing...Tick Tock
