Agreed. You'd dilute now while the price is "high," relative to where it would be (post negative data release) if you believed you had bad data. But instead they got non-dilutive financing, and even put up massive collateral multiples above the value of the loan.

If they are confident in the data (because by now they probably have it, but are stymied in sharing it due to the embargo policy at AHA's Scientific Sessions), then get the loan now, because funds are definitely needed before mid-Nov, and save the dilution for when the stock goes parabolic (exercising warrants, etc.) post positive AMR-001 data release.

The loan is bullish, imo.

I'd offer you advice, but I just don't care about your money, unless you give me money to care about your money. I might even be tricking you with the above post...
