You must have forgotten that ERHC was fully carried to first oil in the JDZ. In Kenya ERHC does not even have a carry on a single well if they decide on doing 3d. So ERHCs cost will be FAR higher in Kenya.

Plus seismic is not more accurate onshore. The opposite is often true especially when you have to shoot through volcanics like they have in Kenya.
