I know, it's a perception thing to me. Kenya seems to be strict on their PSC's and farm ins that they have to give their approval for. They already voided one companies concession over seismic disagreements. Now you have a company (Cepsa) that went through the farm in process only to throw it back in their face. If there is any conflict between Cepsa and the Kenyan government over the way we proceed with our block then Kenya may perceive Cepsa as hard to work with and ask them to leave. Not trying to be a Badluck Schleprock and it may be a reach but with a company that supposedly had a hard time getting into Africa it seems that they would tread lightly.
