I think you answered your own question..it isn't a table saw that's why it mostly likely has high depreciation. .In 10 years you will still be making cabinets with the same old saw that does the job but 10 years from now in the quantum dot field QMC will be producing 1000s of KG per day so this reactor will probably be in the QMC museum with a plaque stating "first million made"
