So the 6 to 9 month delay could have been a past occurrence leaving the FLUCIDE still about to be sent to BASI as true.

The 6 to 9 month delay is very clearly a future delay that will occur if Ebolacide2 demonstrates efficacy in the in vitro and mouse tests, which would lead to scaling up production of Ebolacide2. It is very clearly not a delay that has already happened. I see one of our permabulls grasping at straws.

It is not clear whether the delay is before tox or before the clinical testing that comes after tox. But it was naïve to think that NNVC could have a big Ebola program and not slow down the schedule for Flucide somewhere.
