Yet somehow the NSS never gets demonstrated, the MMs continue to prosper by selling first, then buying back for a quick profit, the BS PRs come and go, the promoters pump and dump and the stories get released, embellished, extended to the ridiculous, proven wrong and it starts again.

No argument that the OTC world is full of crooks. Just don't agree it's the MMs or secret cabals that are the crooks.
