Another good example of why no one should rely upon anything in any financial statements "filed" with OTCMarkets.

Material items regularly appear and just as quickly disappear. That example is all too common. Even share issuances, which one would expect to be somewhat accurate (as they should need it for cover for the transfer agent and the attorney opinions, assuming the transfer agents and lawyers were honest and doing their jobs as gatekeepers) but it seems most of the time even they are inaccurate. The recent NTEK example discussed on this Board is another good example of that.
