You would think JB would do something with those poles ... take that dark red plates out, repainting the poles etc.

All the rents but no business, 7 months now after the signing the lease, yet the restaurant is not opening. I know there are many permits and stuff to get under the belt before the restaurant can be opened, but 7 months is more than enough time.
