It certainly is not good for stock analysis.

Per BKEN you left out the part where they just leave out parts.

Example: BKEN buys Nations Oil effective 03-Mar (podunk company first incorporated 01-Nov-2013). In comes the so called Annual ending period 3 months later:

No mention of the words Nations Oil.

No increase in asset values.

Issued stock increase, but to who (as in the Nations Oil acquisition) unstated.

BKEN issued at least 2 PRs about the Nations Oil acquisition. There were two subsequent PRs involving Nations Oil in a subsidiary role. Yet 3 months after acquisition - poof it has vaporized right out of the Annual filing. It suddenly doesn't exist.

Neat how the Pinkies have no accountability. Stockholders get to guess whether the celebration of yesterday, will suddenly vanish without a trace. Of course this excludes LOI agreements announced.

I wait with baited fish breath for their Octoberfest Pump-a-Rama.
