geocappy, that is exactly how it is.

It is obvious what ES and his team do is find small companies that they can invest in (and gain control) with the hopes they hit it big. I am sure in this line of investment you are going to have a lot more misses than hits.

That is also the way it is with risk investors. We hear their success stories but we often do not hear about their many more failures.

For us that is all of no consequence, we are not shareholders of those other companies that Carton J in involved it we are PPHM shareholders. And we are not, well at least I am not, in PPHM because of Carton J. I am in PPHM because I 100% believe in the science (don't even need 'believe' any more at this point I am in the 'when' stage).

And this turned out 1000% better then I thought it would. Although when ES saved the company be injecting cash of his own there might have been a sign of the possibility, but I did NEVER expect that PPHM would at this stage still be 100% owner of it's IP and of its pipelines and that it would all be unencumbered and that we would not have creditors but in stead Avid revenue. For a small cap biotech this is a small miracle.

So if Carlton J was part of the BoD then he is part of the achievement. Sorry (and I am not saying this to you geo, just writing style) you cannot associate Carton J only with the negative things and try to keep him on ignore for the positive things.

You all know, in the end, whatever nonsense may have been sold here: They did go to the bottom of the dose switching and from what we know know they did it immediately and thoroughly (from SEPT 2012 to MARCH 2013).

They only didn't communicate because we see now that Masten and Shan had to testify in the lawsuit against CSM and therefore could not possibly have said all this before when a possible settlement was going on.

That is why I said many times that PPHM cannot do everything according the personal agenda and needs of each and every individual shareholders because THEY SEE ALL THE CARDS, we don't, and the above is a good example of that.

That is why this will and should not happen:

...they are supposed to care about share prices...if for no other reason than some investors may need to sell a bit now and then,...
