I've been buying the dips and added more today. Who knows? I certainly don't, but my hero (GoofBall 55) taught me about the NYA50R chart. He taught me to wait until it goes below 20%, I've tweaked it to 25% in recent years. I've still got a lot of cash ready, but I'm in pretty heavy so far.
