Since their clients are the very companies they rank with the invented "tiers" and reporting designations, including current, it is in their best interest to assign the current designation as quickly as possible and whenever possible, no matter how obviously fraudulent and incomplete the "financial statements" are that have been uploaded to OTCMarkets.

The OTCM did this and now the promoters, ceo's of scams and painfully stupid sheeple now call changing OTCM tiers 'uplisting'.
Of course OTCM has no problem with this little oversight as well.
