I've been wondering the same thing? The Russian situation should be another reason for oil to move. The only thing I can think of is the rise in the dollar.

Feels like we'll endure, but dropping a bunch of bombs in the Middle East might create some additional unsettling moments... Wonder why oil isn't going up?
