But why?... When I went to redeem my RL points for a tee shirt, it took dealing with three different people and a month to get it. I tried to order it myself via the RL website and it didn't even have a area (check box) to choose what size I wanted. So then I called to let them know what size I wanted to order. They said I would receive a conformation via email, never did. So I let 10 days go by and then I called again. Shirt was never shipped out so I reordered after already ordering it once. They said they would send it out immediately and they would provide a email conformation that it was shipped with a tracking number. Waited two weeks, no shirt. The third time I called, they said they were going to overnight it to me and apologized for the delay. It finally came three days later via USPS, not UPS like they said. It was a total cluster "F" just to get what I ordered. I'm glad I bailed when I did. In the end, it turns out to be one of the most expensive clothing items I had ever paid for between the 159,000 points for listening, watching videos, filling out surveys and the $10k I'm in the hole for with the stock. If I didn't dump when I did, I'd be in the hole for another $5k... Like the Dr. said, next stop for the stream track express will be the trips... GLTA
