Oh I am certain there are some salivating over getting .0008s of .0009s ,,,, meanwhile MMs and others continue to take all the .001, 11, 12 s knowing full well at .005 of .01 a little tick or two doesn't matter much. What matters is having shares when penny stocks explode...



If they are taking all the 11's they can get, they why are there almost 7 million sitting there? If your story were true, and a tick or two didn't matter because .005 or .01 were on the way, then they would be gone and the ask would be far more active.
