Never will it ever see the light of day again, this ticker was one of many tickers that were under a Transfer Agent who was revoked for 7 different violations. There exists no accurate files as to the share history here and of course the last CEO running one last pump and dump before the DTCC placed a Global Lock on it that put the final nail in the coffin in 2011. Eventually it will be deleted by FINRA.
