Maybe I don't understand what I am reading. But I looked at both of those filings. It appears to me that the number of shares issued have accumilated over the years ( reading the written explainations, which have dates of when the shares were originally issued) Nowhere did I see any new shares being issued in 2014. It appears that if your only going by the dates next to the number of shares, then Vakser gotr new shares issued to him also, but the explaination in writing say those are shares he had before that date. Maybe I am missing something here, but usually I am pretty good at comprehending what I read.
