Using the word 'expects' or not if they add a date that is a deadline and they should hold to it. But this is pinkie land and some of us suckers fall for it every time. I got my divy but still not a bit comfortable holding this ticker. Glad i sold most my WNTR around 0060. will be happy if I can get a few cents for my divy because thats all I expect and a grand more than I had.
