That is my point, the displayed is a smoke screen and every time it gets hit, they just keep loading up the ask to put out that many more shares. They have found a price that folks will pay and are more than willing to keep loading shares there. They took it higher recently and volume dried up, hence they know they can not get folks to pay over .0004. This is the new ceiling
