That would be wonderful however I understand it that Frost declined any involvement thats why this partnership occured to move forward.

That being said just cause one declined in the past don't mean one cound not be approched again.You just never know what someone with large amount of funds will do from week to week.

One thing no one can take from us regarding Intellect.Shire has a onging trial and the results if positive will be huge for ILNS which should come out by years end.

I'm incline to beleive this ligation will not continue much longer so at some point Intellect going to get paid.The real question is how much more then just what was owed in the summer of 2012 2 million interest legal fees will ILNS get?

As far as everything else it don't matter cause if the ongoing Shire trial results are negative the company going to have alot more pain unless they move something else into a licensee agreement with large pharma for additional capital.

It takes alot of capital for R/D.Now someone may just buyout whats left or if the trial is positive then SHPG or ABBV may just buyout the company.

I got in for the milestone and I'm dam going to see it through until Intellect receives it.No doubt in my mind Pfizer will pay or a summary judgement will force payment.

I really want the ligation to be fast tracked!
