Last Winter they had some shows on Discovery (I think, maybe Animal Planet) on the Gem dealer... so in the one of those shows (or maybe in GoldRush) they said diamonds are DNA tested now to avoid blood diamonds (those brought about by slave labor, murder etc.)... But the real story must be to keep CTDT diamonds off the market.

Everyone that knows a lot about diamond industry knows they DeBors keep diamonds off the market in vaults to prevent the obvious plentiful supply of it.

In the late 90's their was a company in Canada doing diamond dopping (like electro thing layer on) on circuit boards mainly for more heat resistant. I think the US/NATO bought their technologies because one day they went away with everything going in their direction and nobody would say a word about it (also had deal with Die./Crysler for Fusion Star device that could figure out elements deep in the earth)....

Anyway, point is, maybe using on supermicro small even quantum level circuits to keep stable (the CTDT tech.)... just an idea ... unless CTDT can takeout a world monopoly on diamonds they need something else.
