$ETST Management Harvey Katz PhD, CEO: Dr. Katz was educated at Loop City College, Loyola University, the University of Chicago, all in Chicago, Illinois and Stafford University .He majored in Business and Environmental Science. Dr. Katz has had articles published and lectured at the University of Florida Department Of Plastics, University of Nevada Las Vegas, Virginia Tech and others. Currently he is affiliated with the University of Texas-Center for ElectroMechanics. He was the Honorary Chairman of the Republican Committee in Florida while President Bush (43) was in office. He was asked and accepted an appointment to an economic committee and was honored with a presidential medal for his contributions to the party and country.
