2,704,000,000 shares out, but it looks like dilution stopped as of 4-5 weeks ago. Also, they could show profit this Quarter, CEO had said in April that he would not expand until break even... 2 weeks ago they announce expansion to Nashville, Jmo but I think they broke even this quarter, will be huge if they announce a profit in November.
