We've been through this before...

you don't have to have 15 billion barrels to achieve the same upside because on land drilling is much less costly and seismic much more accurate than in deep water.

Remember the equation: Profit = Revenues minus Costs. Just because there aren't 15 billion barrels worth of oil revenue does not meant that the profit won't be the same...*IF* costs are much lower.
