VFIN is in the house...showing their customary 10K. Currently at 08. I assume it was them @ 11:35 who sold the 22 mill shares @ 08. Will bear watching what they are doing, be it diluting or just in the market for whomever....another note of interest, volume up over 100 mill, has been a while. Coincidentially, day before div ....
