The company will pay a dividend for the third quarter ending September 30, to shareholders of record on October 31, 2014. The dividend will have a payable date of November 21, 2014.

October 31st is the record date for the I-Texts dividend.

I understand the confusion due to an earlier PR stating September 30 as a record date.

Frank changed the date, and well within his authority to do so.
