Additionally, we would like to update our shareholders regarding the progress of auditing Interactive Health Network to become a fully reporting company on the OTCQB. We expect to begin this process in the Third Quarter and be completed by the fourth quarter of our fiscal year ending September 30, 2014.
We believe we are almost complete with the first phase of the restructuring of the Company into its current business activities. Every step we have taken we believe will add financial strength and growth to the Company and benefit its shareholders.
