Thank you. One last set of questions. When I'm doing DD and checking on nevada SOS, and I pull up a company and look at their last actions.

What does "designation" mean I see many companies have that under actions/amendments but it doesn't allow you to view the filed documents.

Also on same site what does "merge in" mean and what is shown on the "annual list"?

Is there a way I can view these filed documents and not only just see that they WERE filed?
