Wow, BCAP shareholders are taking a beating on that .03 guarantee that Matt made to 2 of his associates.

For every share they have Matt will give them more than 3(at the current pps) in exchange of the shares that Baron CRAPital was supposed to receive in Oct. for "consulting" and then canceling the consulting contract.

Expect to see more losses from "investing activities" in the annual disclosure when/if it is published.
