Why have they never expensed all the discounted stock they are issuing. They are materially misstating their financial statements. It is hard to track the transactions because there is no pattern, no notes, no entries, and the statements never match.

It is fraudulent.
You are referring to Ntek, no?
Simple, they don't want to.

And does ntek's form 15 status allow the corporate officers and principles the ability to hide stock issuing and sales as well?
