What debt is Matt talking about paying down? We've been told over and over and over and.....in "DD" that BCRAP doesn't have any debt. Seems that "DD" was completely misleading.

"retain a new auditor..."

Last we heard back in Dec. 2012 the audited financials would be released within a couple of weeks and Matt never released anything about a "material event" of the auditor leaving.

Funny stuff, Matt keeps proving the "DD" he paid for to be completely false.
