Manhattan, NY- SEP 30, 2014 – (Techsonian) – Spherix Inc (NASDAQ:SPEX) declared that it has commenced patent litigation in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware against Cisco Incorporated (CSCO) alleging that the San Jose, CA based company infringes 11 patents owned by Spherix.
