Except that they didn't "spinoff" the limousine company. It reverted to a private company (where it prolly should have stayed in the first place) taking with it the only real business DYNK had.

In this case, these clowns plan to divide a share sales machine into TWO share sales machines, like some kind of weird alien cell division.

I find it difficult and appalling that FINRA or the SEC allows this.
