ROTFL-"1) To pay down debt.." Proves the "DD" of "profit" and "no debt" to be more "sweet smelling horsecrap" and misleading "DD" once again. Seems the "wonderful DD" of "no debt" was just another lie.

Another "keyword" by Matt, "should have several hundred thousand..."

Can't wait for the next 2 disclosures, they will be very entertaining.

He was going to have BCRAP audited back in 2012 and have 5 "operating subsidiaries" for his "2 year plan" of what has turned into a 3 year scam and a host of other promises too, none of which ever came to fruition.
