Let me do say: somekind of number of barrels expectations that come along with a drilling announcement would have even more impact.

I'm not sure where the 14BB number in the JDZ was based upon exactly...

Nigeria and São Tomé have an agreement in which the Joint Development Authority was created to explore and produce oil in the waters between Sao Tome and Nigeria.
