9-29-2014 Intel Guru Mnt Goat Update on the 27 Reforms - Many of these reforms are just replacing many of the Erbil agreement items of the 2009-2010 Erbil meeting. Like with the Erbil agreement, Abadi also has timelines to get these 27 reforms completed. The USA and the UN are not going to budge on the RV until these are completed. Do they all have to be completed prior to an RV? The farthest out timeline for many of the items is 3 months. So we do know they intend to complete all these reforms by January 2015. I believe the critical issues in the Erble agreement, as a minimum, must be implemented prior to any RV...they are 4 years behind schedule due to Maliki. They are attempting to catch up fast.

9-29-2014 Intel Guru DC Bottom line is that everyone is jubilant right now. We are expecting the full RV on or before the 1st. With the announcements in the Gazette and on tv and in the banks, we understand everyone is ready. My understanding is that the $3.58 is the final number. It’s a final coordination between Iraq, the BIS and the IMF. We are just waiting on this last little thing from Iraq. I’ve been told the US is out of the picture, and we are supporting this behind the scenes. In the US everyone is geared up and ready go, and expecting this now. [As of now, only Guru TNT Tony's camp is reporting this...we await confirmation one way or the other from other gurus and ultimately a guru consensus--stay tuned...]
