Good Catch Common...as you point out...

Scammy made a total "MISSTATEMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS"...in their article...

"What the article totally ignores is this item from the actual V3/Sphere agreement:

" In addition, the terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement provide that the Payment Shares cannot be distributed to the shareholders of V3 prior to January 1, 2015 without the consent of Sphere 3D."

What is incredible is that they go through this entire charade of restriction dates and fictitious lawsuits based up on no right to distribute prior to January 1, 2015...

Desperate Shorts...with the noose just getting tighter around their necks...a little de-listing will snap their necks like a dry twig.
