What I REALLY want to know is how Margrit, Charlie Owen, Deborah Ridge, et. al. and the whole crew ended up controlling more than 50% of the stock at one point and have never sold a single share. They have never filed an insider sell with the SEC. How is that possible? If the company is selling stock, "spending money to make money", they have to file with the SEC. Nothing in ten years. Check EDGAR. If an insider sells the have to file a 4K. None to date. This would potentially indicate a nominee assignment and selling of S-8 issues and is entirely illegal.
