Exactly! The O/S was recently Increased,, and yes,, those shares aren't "Instantly Diluted" the day Koos, aka "Dr. Dilutions" raises the O/S = The shares get sold off to a "Middleman" who then sells them on the Open Market...
The "Middleman" makes a HUGE % of the Dilution & Koos Co.'s end up with a pittance!
