Completely agree that inefficiencies exist...that's call asymetrical information...

which leads to insider trading, which is part of my argument....

we can agree to disagree here, but i'd give it a 99% chance this is a peanut settlement.

as I said prior, I would be happy to be incorrect, eat my hat, and have that 1% and your view be correct, as then we'd all win very nicely....
