To those of us who KNOW what the data actually represents, FINRA only publishes because the SEC requires it. If they had their way the report would show more regarding the trades by dividing it into more sections. However the SEC only wants to know how the trade was initially executed and that it was settled at T+3. That is all. They don't care if unaware investors/traders can or CAN NOT understand their report.
