Yes, sub penny status will alert the alert in the company and other investors. Sirens will wail, bombs will explode and phones will ring off the hook; this, once we get to sub penny.I have a hunch for this reason that the company will shore up those loose shares by putting them in lock down, if they can. We'll have to wait and see how the future holds out. But for now, as what the charts are showing, the downward trend has not stabilized enough to predict an up swing in price. So expect a decrease in the share price to come. Once we have enough enough chart history of stability, then maybe the story will change. If the dam does burst of the accumulated debt being held in the back pocket, we could see some resignations as well. Sub penny will absolutely crush the already crushed. I feel hopeful the board knows the same and will do what they can to help us out. Time is taking its toll.
