People "in the know" already own 100's of millions of shares and they ain't buying JACK.
SAVI will take off when news is released and retail joins the party- meaning people who have never heard of this stock.
It's amazing we've already moved from .002 to .007 in such a short time.
Means the jump to pennies will be quick.
